We collect only the information needed to operate our business and respond to you:

• Information you provide. When you submit a contact form, apply to a position, or send us your resume, we collect details such as your name, email, phone number, links you share (e.g., LinkedIn or resume), and any message content.
• Chat assistant.If you use the on-site chat assistant, we process the messages you send in order to respond and assist you (see “Chat Assistant” below).
• Job board. Open roles are displayed from our applicant tracking system. Browsing them does not require an account.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or session-replay tools.

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, match candidates with opportunities, provide staffing and recruiting services, and improve our website and service. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

Our chat assistant is powered by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) acting as our service provider. Messages you enter are transmitted to and processed by that provider solely to generate responses and assist you, under contractual terms that restrict their use of the content. Please do not enter sensitive personal information (such as government IDs or financial account numbers) into the chat. By using the chat, you consent to this processing.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us operate, bound by agreements that limit their use of it, including:

• Our website hosting provider (Vercel);
• Our AI chat provider (Anthropic), for the chat assistant;
• Our scheduling provider (Google), when you book a call;
• Our applicant tracking system (Bullhorn), to manage roles and applications.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

We use only essential cookies required for the site to function (for example, to remember access to a preview area). We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. If we introduce such technologies in the future, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by law.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA/CPRA), California residents have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how we use it; request access to or deletion of their personal information; request correction of inaccurate information; and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.

Our website is intended for a professional, adult audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
