Data Analyst

As a key contributor to our Loyalty team, you’ll leverage advanced statistical, quantitative, and econometric modeling to shape the future of our loyalty strategy. In this role, your analysis directly translates into smarter business decisions and enhanced experiences for millions of customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

20% Conduct thorough analyses to develop/validate customer segmentations, develop and compute customer value metrics, and support ad-hoc requests for data extraction, modeling, and analysis
20% Conduct analysis to understand the impact of potential business decisions on customer spend
15% Prepare clear and concise reports, charts, tables, and presentations to support business decisions
15% Analyze transaction data to identify purchase triggers and indicators for future value customers in support of predictive/forward-looking marketing campaigns
10% Work across the organization and leverage cross-functional teams to provide expert analytical support
10% Interpret statistical and analytical results and make suggestions for modeling improvements

REQUIRED SKILLS:

3+ years of experience in Data Analytics
Hands-on experience utilizing SQL to query datasets within Google BigQuery
Experience building Tableau or similar dashboards
Experience with Python
Proven ability to analyze, evaluate, and interpret complex data using intermediate statistical and quantitative analysis techniques (exposure to building probability models, predictive forecasting, and financial modeling)
Proficient with creating decks in PowerPoint
Strong experience with Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
Skilled in translating business questions/problems into analytical models
Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics or Computer Science, or a similar field
