RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Ownership & Strategy: Act as the subject matter expert for assigned initiatives; evaluate industry standards to develop strategic recommendations and guide project planning.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Identify, measure, and research program performance against metric targets, utilizing performance data and customer feedback to execute ongoing enhancement strategies.
  • Operational Problem Solving: Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve ongoing operational needs and issues as they arise across assigned projects.
  • Project Management & Reporting: Lead end-to-end small to medium projects, managing priorities and task execution to consistently meet or exceed team deliverables.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • 1+ year of experience in an Account/Operations Support, Project Coordinator/Manager, or Data Analyst role
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Smartsheets
  • Strong capability in independent judgment, data utilization, and performance tracking against metric targets.
  • Self-starter mindset with demonstrated abilities in cross-functional collaboration, proactive issue resolution, and managing daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables)
  • Familiarity or experience working with AI tools and applications.
  • Bachelor's degree
