We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, leave administration, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary HR contact; conduct workplace investigations, resolve concerns, and advise management on the fair enforcement of policies.

  • Leave Administration: Manage end-to-end leaves (FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD, Workers' Comp), ensuring federal, state, and legal compliance.

  • HRIS & Data: Maintain data integrity, recordkeeping, and generate HR analytics and reports within the HRIS platform.

  • Onboarding: Design and facilitate engaging onboarding programs to drive early workforce retention.

  • Special Projects: Independently lead compliance audits, policy updates, system optimizations, and engagement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Hands-on experience handling complex team member relations and internal investigations.

  • Deep working knowledge of full-lifecycle leave administration (FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD).

  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and report generation.

  • Strong communication, detail orientation, and ability to execute independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
