High Volume Recruiter | Manufacturing
Join an industry leader in manufacturing as a High Volume Recruiter in Dayton, OH. Drive high-impact hiring, partner with plant leadership, and build strong pipelines for critical manufacturing roles.
Location: Dayton, OH (Onsite, 5 days/week) Type: 6-Month Contract (Extension or conversion potential)
Key Responsibilities

Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for 100+ positions across manufacturing (CNC machinists, quality inspectors, toolmakers, and admin support).

Build active talent pipelines via job boards, social media, trade schools, and local Dayton community networks.

Screen candidates, schedule on-site interviews, lead plant tours, and manage manager feedback.

Partner with Production Supervisors to align on shift staffing needs and minimize time-to-fill.

Coordinate with HR to oversee pre-employment screenings (background checks, drug screens) and onboarding.
Required Qualifications

3+ years of dedicated high-volume recruiting experience.

Proven track record in sourcing for manufacturing environments.

Hands-on expertise with ATS platforms, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Ability to prioritize and manage 20+ active requisitions concurrently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
